Job Description:

Lead Global AP Operations: Take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable lifecycle, including vendor relations, master data management, invoice processing, disbursements, reconciliations, and help desk support.

Drive Performance and Efficiency: Provide oversight and governance for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, monitoring service delivery through robust metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You'll also identify and recommend new metrics, KPIs, and Cost Performance Indicators (CPIs) to significantly impact global AP performance.

Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the primary escalation point for both onshore and offshore AP teams, as well as major stakeholders like Treasury, IT, and Senior Leadership, ensuring timely and effective resolution of critical issues.

Ensure Compliance and Control: Proactively monitor and adapt to evolving business, regulatory, and financial requirements. You'll establish processes to standardize non-standard activities and ensure strict adherence to SOX, internal controls, and all regulatory requirements.

Optimize Processes and Systems: Establish, monitor, and report on end-to-end process metrics and KPIs to measure service levels, operational effectiveness, process health, and compliance. You'll also partner closely with IT on troubleshooting, issue resolution, and managing change requests for AP systems.

Foster Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate effectively with our diverse global AP team. You'll champion a continuous improvement mindset across all teams and business organizations, identifying and implementing operational enhancements, and providing recommendations to the AP Global Process Owner (GPO) on process and technology opportunities.

Support Audits: Facilitate internal and external audit requests and follow-up activities.
