About the Opportunity
- Support the finance systems team with data validation and reconciliation testing across multiple legal entities.
- Develop and maintain financial and management reports, including dashboards and ad hoc analysis.
- Create and update detailed documentation for reporting logic, data mappings, validation rules, and workflow processes.
- Contribute to the Consolidation and Account Reconciliation workstreams, ensuring data integrity across the enterprise.
- Partner with accounting and reporting teams to investigate and resolve data or structural inconsistencies.
- Leverage financial close experience to support accurate data roll-up and reporting structures.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training support, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and streamline validation processes.
- Provide limited support to FP&A teams with planning/reporting alignment where needed (nice to have).
About You
- CPA designation required.
- 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to financial close, consolidations, and reconciliations.
- Background in a large, publicly traded company with a broad legal entity structure across the U.S. and Canada.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
- Demonstrated passion for data accuracy, integrity, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
Pay Rate
$45/Hour
