A well-established and rapidly evolving company is seeking a Senior Director of Credit & Collections to lead a mission-critical function focused on protecting cash flow, managing risk, and optimizing revenue performance. This is a high-impact leadership role with a broad scope across credit policy, receivables operations, and stakeholder engagement.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in credit and collections across complex, high-volume environments. The right candidate will bring a blend of operational rigor, process innovation, and the ability to influence at the executive level.

In This Role, You Will:
Lead enterprise-wide credit and collections efforts across diverse customer segments
Develop and enforce credit policies that align with risk appetite and business goals
Oversee escalated accounts, contract terms, and dispute resolution
Drive system optimization and automation to enhance visibility and accountability
Deliver strategic insights through metrics, reporting, and risk analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations leadership

We’re Looking For:
10 years of progressive credit & collections experience, including senior leadership roles
Background in operationally complex industries (e.g., B2B services, capital equipment, or related sectors)
Strong understanding of receivables management, credit risk, and recovery processes
Experience with enterprise systems and reporting tools (e.g., ERP, dashboards, automation platforms)
Strong leadership, communication, and judgment in balancing commercial relationships and risk
