Agile Project Manager
This role involves leading and managing initiatives using Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact business value. The Agile Transformation Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and motivating Agile teams to achieve high performance and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Organization: Apply Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to structure workflows and drive delivery.
- Facilitation of Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions to maintain momentum and alignment.
- Impediment Management: Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team progress.
- Agile Advocacy: Promote Agile principles and practices across teams and stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience, including planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Agile certification preferred).
- Familiarity with product-centric delivery models and experience working within tech and digital environments.
- Flexible leadership style with the ability to adapt to changing needs and environments.
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate project needs.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving objectives.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
