We’re a small but mighty independent insurance agency in Memphis looking to add two new team members to our 5-person crew! If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and love being part of a supportive team (with office dogs ?), this is your chance to shine.
What You’ll Do

Build genuine relationships with clients and represent our agency with professionalism and care.

Manage and rewrite policies with 15–20 different carriers.

Follow up on provided leads only (yep, no cold calling here ?).

Keep everything documented and organized to meet E&O standards.

Multitask like a pro – think 20 tabs open and thriving.

What You Bring

Insurance license (preferred – but if you don’t have one, we’ll help you get it).
