

LATAM Communication Partner POST NUMBER: 455215
We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual LATAM Communication Partner to provide strategic program and communications support to our global foundation partners. This role requires fluency in English and Business Spanish, with the ability to seamlessly support meetings, events, and workflows across both languages.
You will serve as a critical bridge between regional partners, internal stakeholders, and senior management—ensuring effective communication, program execution, and cultural alignment across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities

Organize and support communications with assigned foundation partners, including monthly calls, initiatives, and new programs.

Maintain accurate and updated data in the team’s CRM system, including revenue, accounts, contacts, and priority opportunities.

Provide program support, including language assistance for events, trainings, and workshops.

Plan and execute foundation assessments; draft assessment reports and collaborate on strategic growth plans for senior leadership.

Deliver translation services (verbal and written), including real-time interpretation during training sessions and workshops as needed.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and alliance members to organize coaching sessions and educational initiatives.

Support internal operations and workflows for the Global team.
Qualifications

Fluent in English and Business Spanish (required).

Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese preferred (in addition to English/Spanish).

4 years of experience in a similar role supporting leaders, regional teams, or global programs.

Strong cultural and regional awareness, with the ability to adapt communication and collaboration styles to diverse cultural contexts.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including basic Excel).

Experience in data entry, note-taking, and CRM management.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
