About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Media Operations Contractor to join our team for a mission-critical role ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns. This role supports both PMAO and Ads Agency Hub teams, playing a vital part in ensuring campaigns launch on time, correctly, and with the proper tracking in place to measure performance and optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain taxonomy for new ad placements.

Update execution grids and campaign documentation.

Build new campaigns and placements within Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and IAS.

Upload and rename creatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Traffic creatives in CM360 and wrap tags in IAS.

Perform QA checks pre- and post-launch, including campaign functionality, creative approvals, defaults, and proper tag firing.

Pause or swap out creative as needed.

Manage platform-level audience changes and in-platform builds aligned with CM360 structures.

Maintain documentation accuracy, monitor flagged creative, and refine processes for efficiency.
Top Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including semi-advanced formulas used in document automation.

Experience with Google Marketing Platform, specifically CM360 (highly preferred).

Familiarity with paid media campaign management (e.g., SEM, attribution, tag enablement, pixel placements).

Proficiency with YouTube advertising and AI-driven advertising within Google Ads a plus.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communication and time management skills.
