  • Prepare and reconcile inventory accounts, including work-in-process, finished goods, and raw materials.

  • Compile monthly financial statements and reporting packages for management review.

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; provide explanations of variances.

  • Manage fixed asset accounting including project tracking, capitalizations, and depreciation.

  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing schedules and supporting documentation.

  • Work closely with plant managers and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data accuracy.

  • Contribute to process improvements within accounting and reporting functions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.

  • 4–7 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or cost accounting environment.

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and cost accounting methodologies.

  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); ERP system experience (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar) highly desirable.
