HR Coordinator POST NUMBER: 455259
Our client is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with daily operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and helping maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator will be directly involved in onboarding new employees, supporting the employee experience, and helping foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Prepare and distribute HR documents such as contracts, onboarding materials, and policy updates.

Assist employees with questions about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Post job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.

Help organize employee events and culture initiatives.

Act as a liaison between employees and management on HR-related matters.

Assist in training and coaching team members on new programs and processes.
Qualifications
-
2 years of HR or administrative experience.

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., ADP, HiBob) is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
