- Lead the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accurate, timely results for leadership.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and equity rollforward.
- Support external audits, SOX compliance, and adoption of new accounting standards or corporate transactions.
- Drive finance process improvements and automation in partnership with Accounting and IT.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and financial support for M&A, corporate initiatives, and strategic projects.
- BS in Accounting or Finance
- 8 years of accounting experience with consolidation and external reporting
- CPA preferred
- Public accounting and public company experience preferred
