Construction Project Manager POST NUMBER: 456989
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-owned business working on some well-known projects in the Nashville market!
The ideal candidate will have multi-unit, construction and / or installation experience and be open to travel.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Interior Installations and General Contractors, Material Suppliers, and other clients
- Maintain consistent, effective communication with office, field teams, and jobsite personnel
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure quality, timeliness, and contract compliance
- Participate in all jobsite meetings required to maintain communication and uphold contractual obligations
- Oversee daily project cost, schedule, productivity, and inventory
- Generate monthly progress reports, including budget tracking and pay applications
- Oversee material logistics: ordering, tracking, inventory management, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate installer travel logistics, including transportation and lodging
- Communicate, track, and resolve issues effectively and promptly throughout the life of the project
- Ensure safety standards are met; champion quality and compliance on every site
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in building science or 3 years of supervisory/manager experience in construction
- Proven track record managing commercial construction or installation projects
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and “pitch in” where needed
- Comfort working primarily from the field/truck and traveling to multiple job sites
Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Field based role – no local office
Pay: $65k-$75k base salary with ample bonus
