Salary: $60,000-$65,000 annually Benefits
Location: Phoenix, Arizona - *1 day a week on-site (Tuesdays)*
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Description:
An experienced and client-focused Account Manager is needed to support sales teams and manage a dedicated book of business across premium OTT advertising campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day account operations, campaign execution, client communication, and identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with a strong background in digital media, advertising technology, and client services.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Operations teams to manage all aspects of OTT campaign planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships with agencies and brand partners to ensure client satisfaction and performance.

Establish and track client KPIs, working cross-functionally to address challenges and proactively advocate for client needs.

Deliver business reviews and regular reporting to highlight campaign performance, key wins, and areas for growth.

Handle custom client needs such as website pixel implementation, first-party data onboarding, and custom reporting solutions.

Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts and support the Sales team in driving upsell and renewal efforts.

Maintain clear and consistent communication across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and client success.
Qualifications

3 years of experience in advertising, preferably in account management or client services.

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first approach.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Experience with ad tech platforms and CRM tools such as FreeWheel, Salesforce, and Placements.io is preferred.

Familiarity with third-party tracking platforms like DCM, DoubleVerify, and Innovid.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
