Aperçu :
Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) à la paie autonome pour gérer la paie de A à Z dans le cadre d’un projet de pont. Le poste requiert une solide expérience en paie CCQ ainsi qu’une connaissance des environnements syndiqués.
Responsabilités principales :
- Traiter la paie complète pour environ 80 employés salariés et 200 employés horaires CCQ.
- Effectuer la production et la conformité des rapports CCQ.
- Travailler avec le système Employeur D (Nethris).
- Gérer les déductions, avantages sociaux et remises gouvernementales.
- Répondre aux questions des employés concernant la paie.
Profil recherché :
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en paie CCQ.
- Expérience en milieu syndiqué.
- Excellente maîtrise de la paie au Québec.
- Niveau de français : 8/10 minimum; anglais fonctionnel (6/10); l’espagnol est un atout.
- Disponibilité pour travailler sur place à Baie-D’Urfée (5 jours/semaine au départ, avec possibilité de flexibilité après démonstration d’autonomie).

Job Title: Payroll Technician – Construction (CCQ)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Technician to manage full-cycle payroll (A–Z) for our ongoing Bridge Project. The role requires independence, strong knowledge of CCQ payroll, and the ability to handle both salaried and unionized hourly employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process full-cycle payroll for approx. 80 salaried employees and 200 CCQ hourly employees.
- ???????Manage CCQ reporting and ensure compliance with union agreements.
- Work with Employeur D (Nethris) payroll system.
- Ensure accuracy in deductions, benefits, and government remittances.
- Support and communicate with employees regarding payroll matters.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of CCQ payroll experience.
- ???????Experience with unionized environments.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec payroll processes.
- Proficiency in French (8/10), English (6/10); Spanish is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Baie-D’Urfée (5 days/week initially, with flexibility once autonomy is proven).
