Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join one of our favorite companies to work with. This company continues to grow and has been doubling their revenue every one to two years! They have some incredible leadership that is very talented at staying in front of the market. This position is created due to their continued growth and is considered to the #2 to the CFO. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing financial statements and day-to-day accounting
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of 5+
  • Oversee both AP, AR, and payroll
  • Prepare reports and analysis to present to C-Suite
  • Budget to actual analysis and market/trend reporting and analysis
  • Ensure compliance regulations are met
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed and streamline where you see the opportunity to create more efficiency
  • Assist the team with complex journal entries and reconciliations when necessary
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements and Preferences:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Finance, Business, Economics)
  • Minimum of 3 years in corporate accounting
  • At least 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot tables, complex formulas), Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
