A South Bay real estate company is experiencing tremendous growth and needs to add a polished accounting professional to their team. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have strong communication skills to be able to work with all levels of the company in an entrepreneurial environment. The candidate should also have strong attention to detail and be a creative problem solver.

What you need for this Accounting Supervisor role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience in a public accounting or CPA firm a plus
  • CPA or CPA eligible a plus
  • Fixed asset accounting exposure required
  • Internal controls exposure a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel

What you will be doing in this Accounting Supervisor role - You will:

  • Record investment transactions
  • Assist with cash management, bank reconciliation, record wire transfers and help with cash reporting and budgeting
  • Reconcile GL accounts
  • Account for fund assets and participate in close process
  • Create and maintain all supporting schedules for month end financial statements
  • Assist with year-end audits
  • Records and reconciles intercompany accounts
  • Assists Controller with special projects
