Strong CTRM background with a focus on Allegro and Business Processes - Liaison between IT and Business


The Lead Business Analyst under the direction of Information Technology (IT) Senior Management has the overall responsibility to serve as a strategic partner to business teams, collaborate on operational activities, strategic planning and share ownership in the creation and realization of business value.

The Analyst is skilled in the management and support of commodity trading risk management (CTRM), associated commercial systems and processes with a focus on digital enablement and process improvement to deliver maximum efficiency and business value.


  • Ability to lead new technology evaluations, vendor capability assessments and conduct pilots and proof of concepts with a view to horizontal applicability across the organization.
  • Ability to evaluate and understand business processes and strategies and how those relate to new or existing technologies.
  • Work directly with users to identify and resolve issues adversely impacting business processes.
  • Participate in field research in pursuit of new solutions and to evaluate the applicability and usefulness of current solutions.
  • Partner with business teams on efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience improvement trr
  • Responsible for analysis of business requirements, testing, training, and implementation of solutions leveraging commercial and supporting systems.
  • Develop customer relationships by making efforts to listen and understand the customer; anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship building capabilities with business partners at all organizational levels.


3+ years of experience with Allegro and experience with some of the following; Latitude, Energy Trading and Risk Management, Right Angle, NGL Marketing, Petroleum Logistics, Credit, Treasury, Contracts, Plant Accounting, Gas Marketing, Pricing, Energy Exchanges

Experience with managing team(s) responsible in strategic planning, project management, business development or client management and working with a broad range of business units.
