Our client is looking for a skilled Customer Service leader with experience in the following:

  • Performance management and setting, reviewing, identifying KPI's
  • Preparing call center performance reports through collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
  • Developing call center's day to day objectives
  • CRM management
  • Team management to include tracking attendance, performance review, coaching, creating employee incentives, and ensuring quality standards, deadlines and proper procedures
  • Preparing work schedules, deadlines and duty assignments to the team
  • Researching, compiling and analyzing statistics and creating/preparing reports for management
  • Budget review
  • Overseeing hiring an internal promotion for the team
  • Staying up to date with system updates (Talk Desk, CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned
