Client Service Representative


Summary of Position: Client Service Representative is responsible for answering Incoming phone calls from End User Customers to take orders, respond to inquiries, answer questions, handle complaints, trouble shoot problems, and provide information.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Provide correct pricing and delivery information
  • Ability to research customers specifics within computer system
  • Accurately enter and process orders
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate other departments
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Ability to describe products and help customer make decision
  • Ability to offer and sell promotions over the phone.

Experience:

  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
  • Six months or more experience in a call center environment
  • Understands and has ability to provide quality/ professional Customer Service experience
  • Excellent data entry/keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of clerical processes; Order entry, Shipper Tracking,
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
