Controller - healthcare industry experience required in Cincinnati, OH at Vaco

Job Description

Vaco Cincinnati is assisting a local healthcare organization that has been growing by leaps and bounds add a Controller. This newly created position will be the right hand to the CFO and oversee several accounting staff members. Past ownership of all month end functions as well as oversight of an audit are required. Experience with M+A highly preferred as this organization anticipates continued growth. Additional responsibilities include managing banking relationships, balance sheet reconciliations, prep for audit, month/quarter and year end financial statement prep and cash flow analysis. Experience transitioning ERP's is a huge plus!

A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance is required and strong tenure within organizations with proven upward mobility preferred.
