Estimator/Project Manager
$50k + Commission

* 3-5 years' disaster restoration industry experience preferred
* Mitigation experience (e.g. IICRC certified) a plus

Job Description
The Company, a full-service General Contractor specializing in insurance claims which have been in business in the Memphis and Mid-South for over 40 years, is seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join its team. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with exceptional benefits and advancement opportunities.
Truck, phone, computer, and gas card are included. Health insurance begins upon hiring, and additional benefits are also included.
Compensation is a base salary plus monthly commission.
Job Responsibilities:
* Review the project and contract documents for the scope of work, schedule, budget, etc.
* Identify project opportunities and assess relevant risks
* Submit required information to the insurance carrier
* Send contract for signature
* Manage project from start to finish

Preferred Experience:
* Insurance claims/restoration & Xactimate (minimum level 2) estimating software experience required
* 3-5 years experience in disaster restoration industry preferred
* Must possess a valid, state-issued driver's license and be insurable
* Additional experience in mitigation (e.g. IICRC certification) is a plus
