The FP&A Manager will be part of a world class team of people, who are currently working a hybrid model of work (2-3 days a week) in the office.

What you need to have for this FP&A Manager role:

• Requires a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years progressive FP&A experience in maufacturing
• Prior management skills
• Comprehensive, strong communication skills
• Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Executive presence and ability to interact with senior leadership
• Ability to maneuver through ambiguity
• Strong systems skills including MS Excel, ERP systems, and analysis tools

What you will be doing in this FP&A Manager role:

• Ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent summarized written and oral presentations
• Partner to specific corporate functions, managing the monthly forecast and annual strategic plan process
• Consolidate, analyze and report on financial results during Executive staff meetings, including headcount tracking, project spend, analysis of quarterly trends and drivers, budget vs. actual etc.
• Assist with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
