GRANT ACCOUNTANTS APPLY TODAY! A well-known non-profit is looking for a Grant Accountant to join the team. If you have experience working within education you will be strongly considered!

Pay (yearly): 80,000-90,000
Office: 5 days a week
Location: Downtown Manhattan

As a Grant Accountant, you will play an integral role in accurately preparing our client's accounting records and performance. You will be responsible for a variety of general accounting functions as well as providing accounting support for senior staff if needed.

Grant Accountant responsibilities:

• Oracle & SAP Business One Experience preferred
• Reconciling expenses to granted funds
• Savvy Excel skills - Vlookup, Exact, SumIF, Pivot Tables
• Performing GL and account reconciliation and analysis
• Coordinating with regions to get their financial results, combining and consolidating
• Analyzing inventory, reconciling balance sheet, and creating reports
• Posting monthly accrual journal entries, fixed assets and depreciation
• Financial reporting, preparing supporting schedules, and analyzing data
