Internal Audit Senior - Publicly-Traded Company - Indianapolis

CPA and public accounting experience preferred

As an Internal Audit Senior for a publicly-traded company, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. You will assist with the development and oversight of SOX compliance. In addition, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Creating, leading, and managing internal audit initiatives for the organization
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing the team
  • Assisting with the development of the annual risk assessment update
  • Auditing plan creation and execution
  • Conducting special investigations as necessary


  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years minimum work experience in audit, controls, accounting, and finance
  • Preferably public accounting experience, or
  • Internal audit / internal controls department in a U.S. publicly traded organization
  • Management experience required
