Job Description


We are hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-paced growing team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our existing Salesforce Lightning application using industry best practices. This individual will report to the Senior Salesforce Administrator and will work across all departments for user management, production support, declarative customization and automation, data integrity, reports and dashboards, and user experience. This individual will be a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeaner, adapt with changing business needs and have a customer-centric mindset.

* Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 80+ users
* Perform day-to-day end-user support and resolve software Helpdesk tickets with established SLAs
* Prepare and perform data loads
* Develop List Views, Reports and Dashboards
* User account maintenance
* Workflows and other routine tasks
* Assist in training of new users, and empower users to advance their Salesforce skill set across the organization
* Assist and customize the mobile interface for remote users
* Test enhancements from the user point of view
* Other duties and responsibilities as needed


* Bachelor's degree * Familiarity with Sales Cloud and the sales process
* Basic understanding of the declarative capabilities of Salesforce, including security controls (profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing settings), process automation tools (workflows, flows, process builder), and business application development (custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, record types, apps, tabs)

* Strong data management abilities * Intermediate Excel skills

* Basic skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point)

* Experience with 3rd party applications (Pardot, DocuSign, Conga, etc.) a plus

* Familiarity or experience with Einstein Analytics preferable, but not required

* Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, including the ability to establish strong relationships with internal customers
* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* A strong desire to learn and professional drive
* Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
* A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality and custom report types
* Formal certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, etc. are preferable, but not required
