Job Description


  • Leading successful projects for onboarding managed services and on-premise infrastructure implementations
  • Onsite assessment and documentation and deliverables in addition to developing and maintaining good working relationships with our clients to ensure long term business relationships
  • Assisting with the development of technology solutions by working with the Senior Engineering team and the POC; conferring with users; studying systems architecture, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas to improve performance to customers infrastructure.
  • Clearly communicating to Senior Engineering and the Project Manager for updates and status of Project work roles.
  • Promoting consultation and collaboration with the Project Managers.
  • May be responsible for managing a selection of client accounts and carrying out business development activities for the team
  • Mentoring the service desk engineers and seeking ways of developing their knowledge in other engineering disciplines including accurate and structured documentation and improving the efficiency and productivity of the team.
  • Participating in Technical Business Review visits with our managed clients and include Senior Project Engineering or Solutions Architects to assist in budgetary planning and upcoming changes in technology.


  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently and consistently follow direction from Seniors on Best Practices
  • Dependable - Able to communicate and has tenacity to work on solution when obstacles present themselves
  • Collaboration with all team members regarding status, milestones, risks on all projects
