Job Description

Vaco has been engaged by an emergency property restoration and mitigation company to find an experienced Project Manager.

Job duties include:

• Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew
• Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job
• Completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion
• Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

• Experience in equipment, asset and financial management
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling
