Job Description

Responsible for budget and expense control for project. Accountable for timely project completion and delivery. Analyzes work plans and makes recommendations for improved processes. Prepares financial analyses to support and assess project/program financial impact. Develops project progress and status reports. Bachelor's degree or equivalent eduaction and related experience. 4-6 years related experience

* Partners with Professional Services Implementation Engineers and Staging teams in support of Projects.
* Position requires availability to support all time zones and weekends as needed.
* Builds partnerships with all departments including Product, Service Delivery, Sales/Sales Support, Network and Operations etc.
* Works in a culture of respect and collaboration.
* Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
* Ability to travel in support of customer meetings at least once per month.
* Strong communication skills: listening, oral, written and presentation.
* Self starter with desire to innovate.
* Reporting, metrics and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage change, multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
* Process/Product/System knowledge (Salesforce, Netbuild, Service Delivery Systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Skype, Sharepoint)
* Advanced Telecommunications technical & product knowledge (Managed Optical Fiber Networks / DWDM technologies / Outside Plant / Fiber, Transport/Waves, MPLS, Managed Services, Voice(SIP), SDWAN, Security)
