Property Accountant (Yardi) in Irvine, CA at Vaco

Job Description

Growing real estate company, based in Irvine Area, is looking for a Property Accountant. Minimum 1+ years of directly related industry experience and Bachelors Degree is strong plus. Position will manage a portfolio. Compensation will range DOE $60k to $65k per year plus bonus potential and strong benefits. This is fairly junior role but has great upward advancement potential. Has great mentors to help you grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, coordinate month end, and assist with financial statement preparation.
• This position will also be responsible of the portfolio level financial statements and review property accounting, leases, loans, and performance.
• Calculate & prepare journal entries, accruals, and GL/bank account reconciliation.
• Responsible for tenant ledgers and CAM reconciliations.
• Assist with Ad Hoc and special projects.
• Review project level budget and variance analysis
• Work with the property management team and other groups to support their requests.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
