We are leading the revolution in how in vivo pre-clinical research is performed in the key clusters for early stage biotech development. Looking for a vibrant team member that can help reach a faster turnaround time on quoatations required for the daily inquiries received.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. * Draft study design quotes based on the study designs provided by Clients or Study Directors.
* Scheduling conference calls for the Study Design Manager and Study Director to discuss study designs with Clients.
* Follow up on provided quotes for approval status, required signatures and PO numbers.
* Maintain datasheets for quotation tracking and update Zoho CRM records
* Assist with contract research monthly billing.
* Other tasks and duties as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Occasional movement outside of sitting required.
* Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Required Skills/Abilities:
* Ability to work in a high-paced, high quality customer service environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Must have strong communication skills.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Must have service orientated work styles.
* Must be familiar with general study designs within research space.

Education and Experience:
* Requires a BS in the biological sciences or relevant area and 1-3 years of Research Associate in a CRO or pharma/biotech.
* Experience or academic knowledge in biology, pharmacology, or pharmacokinetics.

Preferred Experience:
* Familiar with contract research services in a variety of animal models including pharmacokinetics, toxicology, oncology, metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and immune disorders.
* 2+ years industry experience within CRO or pharma/biotech preferred
Special Conditions of Employment:
* Working on CRO setting doing technical work and looking for advancing to an administrative job is preferred.
* Must be willing to work within life sciences industry involving animal research.
