Job Description

The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle hiring. The Recruiter will act as a strategic talent advisor and staffing consultant to factory leadership providing recruiting solutions and recommendations to solve all hiring challenges for the plant.


  • Responsible for driving the end to end hiring process
  • Create and execute staffing strategies in close collaboration with Human Resources, Department Sponsors, and Hiring Managers.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across a wide range of functions and geographic areas
  • Managing a requisition workload up to 30 Requisitions while hands on sourcing and screening candidates
  • Actively recruit high potential, passive candidates through cold calling and other techniques
  • Provide timely and accurate data inputs for all necessary reporting and Analytics requirements to support the business
  • Ensure hiring process adheres to all legal and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage the hiring process through various systems includes iCims (ATS) for requisitions and other custom homegrown systems.


  • High School degree is required
  • Ability to use Microsoft office products (excel, word, etc.) is required
  • 2 years of Recruitment experience is preferred
  • 2 years of HR Generalist and staffing experience in a factory is preferred
  • Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex.
