Job Description

A local Raleigh company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager. The Sales Compensation Manager will work with the sales organization to administer global sales compensation programs and plans, reporting to the Director of Sales Compensation. The Compensation team develops and maintains company compensation programs.

  • Calculate sales incentive payments for sales associates using our sales incentive tool
  • Analyze, administer and communicate company compensation programs such as salary structures, commission plans, and various other programs
  • Review weekly attainment reports for accuracy and completeness and make any necessary corrections.
  • Ensure commission data accuracy
  • Responsible for cost modeling any other sales compensation plan changes
  • Interfaces with sales and sales management to ensure correct crediting and respond to all inquiries regarding statement calculation from sales professionals

Job Requirements:

  • Sales Compensation experience required
  • XACTLY SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Degree in either Finance, Accounting or IT a plus
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role would be preferred
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment required
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
