The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Litify / Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator, and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Litify platform.
Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Strong Salesforce data object management and data integration skills required
Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce functionality
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices
Strong data management abilities
A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
A strong understanding of Salesforce security and access architecture (profiles, permission sets, record types, etc.).
Prior experience with the Litify and Accounting Seed applications is a plus.
Web Services development experience is a plus.
Hands-on configuration, workflow, process builder, flow experience; Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce expertise a plus but not required. A willingness to learn and understand the capabilities of Lightning Web Components required.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
