Job Summary:

This role will partner closely with HR and the company's clients to analyze the work process design and flow, improve those processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. This role will be responsible for creating project plans, ensure adherence to the project timeline, provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.

This role will also support the HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Job Duties:

  • Manage projects and process improvement including applying change management
  • Identify and understand issues/problems and opportunities
  • Compare data from multiple sources to draw conclusions
  • Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action and developing solutions
  • Use data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule
  • Utilize interpersonal skills often
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements
  • Understand the use of qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles

  • Perform System maintenance, including testing and implementation of HRMS upgrades/patches and collaborating with tech staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fixes.
  • Provide production support to include researching and resolving HRMS issues
  • Generating reports/queries
  • Assist in the creation of standard reporting and maintaining data integrity by running queries/analyzing data
  • Conduct training and provide user guidelines and documentation
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of HRMS trends
  • Further, provide quality customer service and act as the escalation contact for plan participants, client HR and benefit vendors. Responding to employee benefit inquiries, and meeting with new employees to review their benefit options

  • Job Qualification:

    • Bachelor's graduate in HR or related field
    • Three (3) to Five (5) years of benefits analyst experience
    • Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements to include FLMA, ERISA, COBRA, Workers comp, Section 125 and ADA
    • UltiPro HCM and Kronos Workforce preferred
