Job Description

Supply Chain Representative

You will be directly responsible for the successful generation, fulfillment, and delivery of customer purchase orders. This includes the coordination, execution, problem resolution, analysis, and communication necessary to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Principal Accountabilities

Ability to adjust, adapt, respond to, and be resourceful in the face of change to deliver business objectives

Management of all customer orders from receipt through the delivery to customer warehouse and distribution centers, ensuring a high level of customer service

Process owner between customer, sales, and supply organizations to ensure adequate timing and volume requirements are in place to manage the customers day to day inventory levels, promotional activity, and new item launches/discontinuations

Provide customer recommendations for improving value and increasing efficiency through analytics

Ownership of load tracking and issue resolution from origin shipping location to customer destination, including interface and direction to our internal shipping warehouses

Tracking, reporting, and Resolution of OS&D claims from customer through customer finance and appropriate parties

Ensure on-time production and delivery of all non-turn orders. (i.e. displays, etc.) against critical customer timelines

Manage exceptional demand process with both customers as well and internal partners to ensure mutual resolution is met and communicated

Active participation in Project Management meetings and timely management/execution of assigned tasks

Responsible for order entry accuracy, including ensuring the right products are ordered, pricing & correct method of shipment are applied to the order, and adequate lead time is given to ensure on-time delivery to the customer

Monitor and report baseline customer service KPI's, including product availability, order fill rates, inventory turns, and on-time delivery through monthly account recap

Pro-actively inform customers and sales teams on product shortages and recovery dates on a weekly basis

Recommendations of changes within supply chain or logistics network to improve service for customers

Use of excel to take data sets, analyze data, and provide insights from the data for storytelling
