Job Description

We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include contract management, providing event support, coordination, and performing administrative functions of the office while providing a high level of customer service. Opportunity for advancement. Some of the most typical job duties include:

  • Management of client contracts
  • Assisting clients/customers with the event process
  • Assisting with onsite/offsite events, pertaining to all aspects of the office functions
  • Daily day to day functions of the office from mail processing, data entry to filing organization.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have a positive attitude, be flexible, and able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone and basic office equipment
  • Exercises good judgment, be able to prioritize and seek ways to improve processes
  • Manages conflict effectively and keeps commitments.
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Valid driver's license a must
