Travel & Expense Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, pay expense reports
  • Analyze expense reports for compliance with company policies
  • Audit and work with employees to resolve any issues, or questions regarding T&E policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to users throughout the organization
  • Implement process improvement
  • Involvement with month end close related to expense management
  • Adhoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience providing T&E support throughout an organization
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem solving abilities and an analytical thinker
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self-starter
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to reprioritize based on the current environment
  • Strong work ethic, driven, sense of urgency
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of an organization
