Position: Facility Operations Manager
Location: Birmingham, AL (On-site)
Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and security-cleared Facility Operations Manager to lead and manage the operational integrity of several high-profile properties. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in facilities management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across four commercial sites, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.
Lead a team of facility coordinators and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, emergency response plans, and operational procedures.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Ensure all properties meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, including those related to high-security environments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain top-tier security standards.
Monitor budgets, capital projects, and operational expenditures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple commercial properties.
Active Top Secret or equivalent security clearance (required or able to obtain).
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make critical decisions quickly.
