Vaco is hiring! We are seeking Regional Sales Managers for a valued client of our in the home-owners insurance industry, located in Melbourne, FL. These Regional Sales Managers will connect with smaller insurance firms in their designated region of the country, either New England, Arizona, or Ohio/Indiana, to educate and sell their insurance platform. Salary: Base of $100k and bonus opportunity


JOB DETAIL: 
  • Assist the Onboarding Team: Help bring new agencies onto our client's platform.
  • Promote Products: Drive premium and policy growth by promoting their products to independent agencies in respective territory.
  • Build Relationships: Foster lasting connections with decision-makers, producers, CSRs, and support staff to maintain trust and engagement.
  • Communicate Effectively: Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present in group settings, such as webinars or training sessions.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance on underwriting guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate: Work with customer service and underwriting teams to resolve issues for agents and policyholders.
  • Monitor Performance: Create and manage Excel reports to track performance goals and complete additional projects as needed.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments, offering insights to enhance strategies.
  • Analyze Performance: Identify trends in territory performance and collaborate with management on necessary adjustments.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and experience.
  • 5 years in P&C insurance, mortgage industry sales, or business development.
  • P&C License required or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
  • Underwriting knowledge is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships through exceptional communication.
  • Self-motivated with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Available for after-hours work and travel (up to 25%).
