

Contract HR Director POST NUMBER: 459372
Vaco has partnered with a client in Lebanon to hire an experienced HR Director to provide hands-on leadership and strategic HR support on an interim basis.
This role is expected to last 4-6 weeks and requires discretion, adaptability, and strong HR operational expertise. The HR Director will step in to ensure continuity of key HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, and employee relations, while guiding the organization through upcoming transitions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all HR operations during company transitions

Manage and review payroll for 160 employees on a bi-weekly schedule

Support open enrollment beginning early November, including coordination through Employee Navigator.

Provide on-site HR leadership and employee communication support during company transitions

Partner closely with the CFO and existing HR team to maintain stability and compliance.

Manage job postings, sourcing, and initial candidate screening through Applicant Stack ATS.

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all HR communications and actions.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an HR Director, Senior HR Manager, or equivalent role.

Demonstrated success managing restructuring and organizational changes.

Hands-on experience with payroll oversight, open enrollment, and recruiting processes.

Proficient with HR systems

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.

Flexible and proactive mindset—able to shift between strategic and tactical work.
