- Oversee partner and supplier relationships, ensuring contractual terms, performance standards, and service expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews and risk evaluations to maintain compliance and performance quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related matters, addressing delivery or service concerns and maintaining a clear understanding of agreements.
- Manage invoice reconciliation, payment processing, and resolution of expense discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows and enhance contract management processes.
- Work alongside leadership to develop and automate reporting metrics related to performance tracking and expense management.
- Lead and prioritize key operational initiatives tied to vendor management and partner readiness.
- Support onboarding of new origination and partners by coordinating with compliance, technology, and business development teams.
- Ensure partner data and documentation are accurately collected, validated, and stored for compliance and audit purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, procurement, vendor management, or project coordination—ideally within financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and project management tools; experience with data-driven process improvement is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, not just button pressing but asking “why” the buttons are being pressed.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and leadership levels.
