We’re working on an exciting Manager of Reporting opportunity driven by a finance transformation initiative. Our client is centralizing all entity accounting at their Monmouth County–based headquarters and building a more efficient shared services model under new CFO leadership.
About the Role:
This standalone position reports directly to the Assistant Controller and will play a key role in shaping the organization’s new accounting structure. The Manager of Reporting will own the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements while supporting the month-end close and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Manage consolidations across multiple legal entities and divisions.

Support the month-end close, including developing and maintaining a formal close calendar.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

Assist with external audit activities and compliance requirements.

Contribute to building scalable processes as part of the company’s finance transformation.
Ideal Background:

CPA or CPA-track designation strongly preferred.

Public accounting experience welcomed and highly valued.

Demonstrated experience with multi-entity reporting and strong analytical capabilities.

Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt, and build processes from the ground up.

Strong communication and organizational skills with a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
