The Manager, Corporate Reporting is responsible for managing the financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis of multiple legal entities across the organization. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of consolidated financial results, compliance with accounting standards, and effective reporting to senior management and external stakeholders. The position requires strong technical accounting expertise, an understanding of intercompany transactions, and the ability to coordinate across global finance teams.

About the Opportunity
Financial Reporting & Consolidation

  • Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process across multiple subsidiaries and legal entities.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS (or US GAAP).
  • Review and validate intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translations, and minority interest adjustments.
  • Maintain the consolidation system (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, Workiva, SAP BPC) and ensure process efficiency and data integrity.
  • Prepare supporting schedules and variance analyses for management and external reporting.
  • Coordinate the preparation of consolidated balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Support external audit requirements by preparing and reviewing working papers and audit support packages.
  • Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and corporate policies across all entities.
  • Maintain documentation of reporting processes and key controls for SOX or equivalent compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with local finance teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues across entities.
  • Support tax, treasury, and FP&A teams with consolidated data and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Partner with IT and finance transformation teams to enhance reporting systems and automation initiatives.
Leadership & Development
  • Supervise and mentor reporting analysts and accountants, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Lead projects to streamline reporting cycles and improve reporting accuracy and transparency.

 
About You
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
  • Experience: 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, including consolidation of multiple legal entities (multi-jurisdictional or multi-currency exposure preferred).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP
  • Experience with consolidation and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, Workiva)
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proven leadership and team development capabilities

Pay Rate
$50 / Hour
