Ton impact dans ce rôle
En tant qu’Agent·e Crédit et Recouvrement, tu deviendras un membre essentiel de l’équipe financière en appuyant la gestion des comptes clients et le suivi des paiements, sous la supervision du Directeur adjoint, Crédit.
Responsabilités clés :
- Suivi des paiements & recouvrement
- Assurer le recouvrement des factures impayées auprès des clients.
- Surveiller les comptes dépassant les limites de crédit et gérer les risques associés.
- Gestion des comptes clients
- Vérifier les informations lors de la création de nouveaux comptes.
- Réviser et ajuster les limites de crédit de manière régulière.
- Effectuer les réconciliations et corriger les anomalies dans les comptes.
- Service client & communication interne
- Traiter les demandes des équipes internes et des clients.
- Autoriser les commandes selon les conditions de crédit établies.
- Collaborer avec les départements concernés pour résoudre les écarts de facturation.
Le profil que nous recherchons
- Formation : DEC en comptabilité, finance ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience : 1 à 2 ans dans un rôle comparable, maîtrise d’Excel, bilinguisme FR/EN.
- Atouts : Connaissance du système AS400.
- Compétences personnelles : Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation, souci du détail et ouverture au changement.
