This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a Customer Care Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers end-to-end, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do

Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering professional and responsive support

Resolve customer questions and concerns with a solutions-focused mindset

Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely follow-through
-
Maintain and update customer records within CRM and internal systems
-
Partner with internal teams to escalate and resolve urgent or complex issues
-
Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute feedback for continuous improvement

Assist with customer account adjustments and related administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or production-related environment
-
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
-
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
-
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and customer service tools
