Reporting to: Managing Director, Client Services - Pro Count Staffing

Position Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Client Services role sources new business, maintains client relationships and provides clients with consultative solutions for their resource requirements. In addition, the position sources, assesses and selects fitting candidates that match client requirements. The Client Services role is required to meet and exceed metrics and develop a network of contacts through which prospective clients are obtained, thus leading to future business.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
● Build new business through personal contact, cold calling, client visits, existing clients, and sales leads
● Develop relationships with senior contacts through email, phone, face to face meetings
● Develop a pipeline through the ongoing research of companies and industries
● Meet/exceed standards and goals for connects, client visits, job orders, and placements
● Combine forces with a robust internal recruitment team to place top-quality professionals in a wide variety of junior to intermediate-level accounting and finance roles
● Provide timely solutions for clients to fulfill their talent needs
● Represent and cross-sell Lannick divisions to key clients, and potential clients
● Maintain a high level of service to existing clients; managing the customer relationship from full hire cycle to after-sales service; and soliciting referrals from clients, where possible
● Keep accurate reports by logging daily activity into the internal tracking system (Bullhorn)
● Participate in corporate marketing activities, such as conferences, trade shows, and other events, as required
● Maintain a high level of positive energy at all times while consistently working towards success in a team environment
● Combine forces with a robust Client Services team to place top-quality professionals in a wide variety of permanent Finance and Accounting roles while meeting/exceeding activity and revenue/margin standards and goals
● Consistently seek, attract and build relationships with high caliber Finance and Accounting candidates through a variety of activities - phone calls, emails, Bullhorn, social media, job boards, referrals, and events/networking
● Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who are gainfully employed and may not be actively looking for positions
● Maintain a high level of service to existing and prospective candidates; managing the candidate relationship through full hire cycle to after-placement service; and soliciting referrals and lead generation from candidates, where possible
● Receiving and reviewing candidate applications, managing interviews, checking references, preparing CVs for client submission
● Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client services and candidates Keep accurate reports by logging daily activity into the internal CRM system (Bullhorn)
● All other duties as required

  • You are a confident, self-motivated, smart, witty, honest, competitive team player who brings a large amount of enthusiasm and energy to the workplace
  • A track record of high performance accompanied by:
  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing
  • Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building
  • Strong time management and organization skills are needed to meet daily and weekly metrics
