Investor Relations Analyst POST NUMBER: 465918
Location: NYC Hybrid
Compensation: $80,000-85,000 plus bonus
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Investor Relations Analyst to join our Business Development team. In this role, you aren’t just managing data; you are a key voice in how we communicate our strategy to the world’s most sophisticated investors.
Working directly with senior leadership, you will bridge the gap between our investment platform and our global client base. This is the perfect "launchpad" role for someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to build a career in Private Equity and Asset Management.
Your Impact
- Strategic Communication: Design and execute high-impact mass communications and assist in crafting the firm’s digital narrative across LinkedIn and our corporate website.
- Investor Presentation Guru: Partner with investment teams to update flagship presentations and third-party databases with precision and aesthetic flair.
- CRM Stewardship: Act as the "source of truth" for the firm by managing DealCloud (CRM), capturing critical client insights, and maintaining real-time meeting intelligence.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, delivering a white-glove experience to existing partners and prospects.
- Project Management: Own the team’s deliverable roadmap and jump into high-priority, ad-hoc projects that support the firm's growth.
What You’ll Bring
- The Foundation: A four-year college degree and 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally within financial services or asset management.
- Technical Mastery: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential. Experience with DealCloud is a major plus.
- Meticulous Execution: You have a "zero-defect" mindset. You value accuracy, design, and organization above all else.
- Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a "one-team" environment and can translate complex investment data into compelling, readable content.
- Curiosity: A demonstrated interest in private equity and a desire to learn our investment strategies from the ground up.
