- Oversee all financial operations of the company, month end process, and financial reporting.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, including providing training and development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial management.
- Experience managing financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems.
