Senior Finance Manager - Interim POST NUMBER: 467434
We are seeking a hands-on Interim Senior Finance Manager to support and lead FP&A activities for a global, publicly traded organization. This high-visibility role provides both strategic financial leadership and direct execution across forecasting, reporting, and analytical deliverables. The ideal candidate brings executive-level FP&A experience and thrives in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
- Manage and develop a team of 7 U.S. analysts plus a Global Lead Analyst in the Philippines.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide insights, identify risks/opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting structure, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and refine financial models in Google Sheets and Excel; ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Work within and help optimize the Sage Intacct ERP environment.
- Support organizational initiatives including the implementation of Figma for workflow or planning-related use cases.
- Maintain strong internal controls and support GAAP-compliant processes.
Qualifications
- 12 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience, including Director-level or above in a global public company.
- Strong data analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and corporate reporting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-region or global teams.
