We are working with a client in the Non profit industry who is looking for a recruitment assistant to help support the recruitment team. This opportunity is located in the Mid City area and will be in office at a hybrid capacity. This opportunity is temp to hire and is looking to pay between $25-$27/hr. We are looking for someone with strong recruitment assistant experience, experience in the Non profit industry, and who has a drive and passion to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience of recruitment assistant experience 
  • Expeirnece in Non profit highly preferred 
  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred 
  • Experience working with ATS systems preferred 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
