Location: Charleston, SC, Hybrid Schedule
Compensation: $38-$41/hour

Overview
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This role will focus on building and tracking budgets, monitoring large contract spend, and providing variance analysis and reporting to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in Excel with financial data.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts across departments
Track and analyze large contract spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Prepare variance analysis and financial reports, highlighting key drivers and trends
Support month-end and periodic reporting related to budget performance

Partner with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Maintain organized financial models and documentation for ongoing analysis

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis

Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
